We want you to be completely satisfied with your Traderz Hub subscription. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

Refunds are available for your first subscription to any paid plan
Within 14 days of purchase
Request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial payment
Monthly and annual plans
Both Pro and Elite subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day guarantee

Provide your account email
Include the email address associated with your Traderz Hub account
Receive your refund
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day money-back guarantee period:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle
- Your trading data remains accessible even after downgrading to the free plan
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
- Users who have previously received a refund for a Traderz Hub subscription
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Subscription renewals (refunds apply only to initial purchase)
Payment Processing
All payments for Traderz Hub subscriptions are processed securely through our payment provider. When you request a refund, it will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
